3.1 Cancellation Prior to Delivery
If you need to cancel a custom service or coaching session:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before delivery or session are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or session are not eligible for a refund.
3.2 Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a custom service or coaching session:
- You must notify us within 7 days of service delivery or session completion.
- We will first attempt to address your concerns by offering revisions or additional support.
- If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:

- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the date of purchase, and the product or service for which you are requesting a refund.

Once a refund is approved:

- Processing times vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
