1. Agreement to Terms

• Impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

4.3 Conduct Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services;
• Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services;
• Attempt to access areas/features of the Services that you are not authorized to access;
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Services;
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

4.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review any User Content, and to, in our sole discretion, remove any User Content for any reason, including if we determine that the User Content violates these Terms. We also reserve the right to report any illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement officials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

The Services and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Services or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

5.3 Trademarks

CS2 Gaming Hub, the CS2 Gaming Hub logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of us or our affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6.1 Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in any third-party content posted on or through the Services, including by other Users. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such information or material.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTENT OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUE, ANTICIPATED PROFITS, BUSINESS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE OTHER PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS, WE ARE FOUND TO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE TOTAL OF ANY FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (2) £100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

If any dispute arises between you and us, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply discontinue using the Services, or contact us to request Account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Services.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by us without restriction.
